🛍️ 3-Day Exchange Policy

Eligibility:
To qualify for an exchange, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and have all tags intact.

How It Works:

  1. Reach out to our customer support team within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange request.

  2. Our team will guide you with the return process and shipping instructions.

  3. Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your exchange for another product of equal or lesser value.

Please Note:

  • Only one exchange is allowed per item.

  • Sale and clearance items are not eligible.

  • Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.


🔄 24-Hour Return Policy

Eligibility:
Returns are accepted for items in original condition, with tags and packaging undamaged.

How It Works:

  1. Contact our customer care within 24 hours of delivery to request a return.

  2. Follow the return instructions provided by our support team.

  3. Once we receive your returned item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please Note:

  • Sale and clearance items are not eligible for return.

  • Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
